- Identity Data includes first name, last name, title, date of birth and gender.
- Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data includes bank account for any products and services that we purchase from suppliers.
- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Disclosure of your personal information
We will share your personal data with third parties where we are legally obliged to or for operational efficiency (e.g. dietary requirements) with a venue where we are holding an event.
Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with our procedures. If we wish to pass your sensitive personal data on to a third party we will only do so once we have obtained your consent, unless we are legally required to do so.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
The third parties we use are vetted for security and are known suppliers with good reputation and may only receive your personal data for the following purpose(s):
- Producing profiles (psychometric and 360 style reports)
- Registering you for an event
- With a trusted Associate of Full Circle Training & Development Ltd who will be delivering your chosen event, development programme or conference
We also reserve the right to share data, where that is necessary, with a trusted accountant and payroll provider.
Unless expressly advised to the contrary, I nonetheless reserve the right to mention you in the context of recommending your professional services to third parties if I believe that your services may be of interest or value to them.
